Space Oddity
Space Oddity was the title of the 2011 solo show at stene projects, Stockholm. The suite continues exploring spatial constellations from the outskirts of 3D worlds. Based on the paintings after the NURBS suite, Maja Rohwetter created the 3D animated hd video " soemthing somwhere"(2011). The core of this suite are the collages, where renderings of the 3D model are combined with fragments of oil painting, mainly gestures that occur in the painting process. The paintings take up collage specific tranisitions between spaces.
